I’ve collaborated with the amazing Tamworth Distillery in New Hampshire. They created the most delicious drink to accompany my book! Now, that’s what we like. Books, cocktails and Humboldt. It’s absolutely delicious – it’s Tamarind-infused as a homage to Humboldt who used Tamarind to make the water of the Orinoco drinkable. Only 500 bottles were produced.
